Rates
for Manja Package is applicable to the Residents of
Malaysia and Singapore including Expatriates of the
respective countries. Proof of Malaysia or Singapore
addresses on Business Card suffice our requirements.

Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.

Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge.
Government tax is not applicable on Langkawi island.

Rates are quoted per room per night basis.

Surcharge of RM40.00 nett per room per night is applicable
for booking on eves of and on Malaysian Public holidays
as shown below.

Weekends rates are applicable for checking in on Fridays
to Sundays.

Rates for Malaysian School Holidays are based on Malaysian
School holidays as shown below.

Rates for Eves of and on Public Holidays are for dates
shown below.

Children rates are applicable for children below 12
years old. Children above 12 years old are considered
as adults.

Extra breakfast for children below 12 years old is
chargeable at RM16.00 nett per child per day.

Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.

Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample
prior notice and is chargeable accordingly ( individually
or Group ).

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject
to room availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable
Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the
total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s
bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation
stages.

Any special requests, such as adjacent rooms, king
size bed or twin bed, rooms on the same floor are
subject to availability on the date of arrival.
