• Rates quoted in Malaysia Ringgit.
• Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% services charge.
• The 5% Government Tax is not applicable on Langkawi Island.
• Rates quoted are for ROOM ONLY without Breakfast.
• Extra Bed are not applicable for Federal Villa.
• The Standard and Deluxe Rooms come with Twin Beds ( 2 Single Beds).
• The Apartment Suites comes with 1 King Size Bed and 2 Single Beds.
• Surcharge of RM30.00 nett per room per night is applicable on the following dates.

• Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly ( individually or Group ).
• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Extended check-out during Peak Period :
  - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
  - After 6pm - one day’s rate imposed
• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

- Low Season

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

- Peak Season

One night charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Child – RM16.00 nett per child

Child – 12 years and below.
